Maygreen Investments was established in 2016 to pursue our passion for design and renovating investment properties.

Our mission is to create stylish, luxury spaces by developing unused properties in the UK. We design HMO conversions and commercial to residential apartment schemes with a difference.

By focusing on creative design and a quality finish, our UK investment properties, maximising returns for our investment partners and minimising rental voids.

It’s All In The Detail.

Keeping the design and styling of our investment properties in house allows us to keep control of the end product. We have a dedicated network of builders, tradesmen and suppliers that know the high standard we insist upon. All of our investment properties are planned meticulously, creating a space that caters for our tenants needs. We believe investing in good design and interiors attracts good quality tenants, adds personality to the project and gives us a competitive edge in a lucrative UK property market.
